Q: How do I order a custom cake?
A: Please contact me to place cake orders. All cakes are made to order. We’ll discuss the design with you and then quote a final price. Your order will be confirmed after receiving 100% payment.

Q: What are the toppers made of? Are they really edible?
A: Toppers are made of Wilton’s fondant, Wilton’s edible glue and edible color. Its basically sugar and yes its edible.

Q: What is your processing time?
A: Cake orders are discussed and confirmed on the phone. Cakes are for pick-up only. Toppers can be ordered online and shipped. After you place the order, the toppers will be ready to ship in 5-7 business days. Regular USPS shipping within US usually takes 3-5 business day. Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.

Q: How soon should I order?
A: As soon as possible, but 10 business days in advance is recommended. We can hold your order and ship near your event date if you want.

Q: Do you process refunds?
A: Sorry, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded. Shipping carrier related delays are non-refundable.

Q: Is your processing time the same for non US destinations?
A: Please contact us for non-US destinations as custom delays are very frequent. We suggest you order at least 4 weeks advance.

Q: Should I upgrade to priority shipping?
A: If you need your order in less than 10 days, we recommend priority shipping. After processing time, Priority Shipping takes 2-3 business days. Please check with me before placing your order.

Q: What if my package is lost in transit or is shown as delivered and I haven’t received it?
A: We follow the shipping carrier’s policies i.e. USPS or FedEx polices based on the shipping option you choose. USPS First Class Shipping is not insured and there is no recourse for items lost in transit. Unfortunately we will not be able to process any refunds for lost items. However, Priority Shipping includes insurance for up to $100.

Q: Is shipping time guaranteed ?
A: Unfortunately USPS is not guaranteed. Regular shipping is suggested at 3-5 business days and Priority shipping is suggested at 2-3 business days. In our experience USPS does work 99% on time.
